Session Agreement
If you or your child become sick or otherwise unable to keep your appointment, 24 hour notice is requested. Without reasonable notice, you will forfeit your fee.
Three Winks Photography reserves the right to end a session due to behavior by a child or parent that is repeatedly disrespectful to either them, or the photographic equipment. Should a session end due to this reason no refunds will be given.
You will receive 10 edited files. All retouching, cropping, and other artistic styles is at the sole discretion of the photographer. Blinks and unflattering images decided by the photographer will not be included.
Due to the electronic nature of digital files and custom nature of prints, all items are not returnable or refundable. If there is any problem with the quality of your prints, I must be notified within one day after you have received them. Customer satisfaction is a top priority.
Prices at the time of your session will remain in effect for 30 days. Any reprint orders after this time will be subject to the most recent price list. All ordered images are kept on file for 1 year and are deleted after that.
Expect 2-3 weeks for prints or digital files, and 3-4 weeks for specialty items such as canvas, etc.
Three Winks Photography retains the ownership of every image resulting from your portrait session. You will receive digital copies of these images, and you may purchase prints of these images but the photographer retains copyright ownership over the image. It is a violation of copyright law to edit or alter the image in any way and for any purpose including distribution or display either electronically or in print. You will receive a print rights release for your digital images allowing for reproduction up to size 8″x10″. Larger print sizes require extra time and attention and must be ordered directly from Three Winks Photography.
Model Release
I give Three Winks Photography unrestricted right and permission to copyright, use, or publish photographic portraits of myself or my partner or child for display, publication, advertising, professional print competition, or other lawful purposes. I hereby waive any right that I may have to inspect and approve the finished product that may be used in connection with an image that the Photographer has taken of me or my family, or the use to which it may be applied. I understand that the Photographer maintains copyright to these images.
